Natural Healing Properties Of Papaya

Papaya, the native fruit of Southern Mexico is found to be rich in antioxidants, vitamins and boasts natural healing properties. 

Papaya (or Pawpaw as it is also known) grows well in a tropical environment and the tree usually fruits within 3 years. It is naturally high in fibre, C, A and most B vitamins including folic acid and ribovlavin and potassium. All in all papaya is a great all round fruit bursting with natural goodness to promote good health.
